1. Who may use FacultyGenius

FacultyGenius is intended for adults — educators and school leaders. By creating an account you confirm you are an adult and that the information you provide is accurate.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.

3. Subscriptions, trials & the Founding Educator plan

Paid plans (monthly and annual) begin after the 14-day free trial unless cancelled. The Founding Educator plan is a one-time purchase that grants lifetime access as described on its page. Plan details and pricing are presented at checkout and govern your purchase.

4. Certificates & credit

Completing a course issues a certificate with a credit-hour value. FacultyGenius is professional development; whether hours satisfy a specific CEU or renewal requirement is determined by your state and district. Certificates you have earned remain verifiable even if your subscription ends.

5. Acceptable use

Use FacultyGenius for your own professional learning. Don't share accounts, misrepresent certificates, attempt to disrupt the service, or scrape or resell the content.

6. Intellectual property

Course content, the Meri experience, and the FacultyGenius brand are owned by Genius Learning, Inc. and are licensed to you for personal professional use only.

7. School & district plans

Seats purchased by a school or district are governed by the order or agreement with that organization, including any administrator access to completion and credit reporting for assigned educators.

8. Disclaimers & changes

The service is provided on an "as is" basis to the extent permitted by law. We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated, and continued use constitutes acceptance.
